Our aim as Sensitive Dentists is to offer highest quality of all our services to our patients. In order to reach this, we have to shape all our processes as efficient and effective as possible. This means on the one hand that we have to direct all our activities to the needs of our patients. And on the other hand we have to optimize all our workflows from a managerial point of view. In most medical businesses, both medical and operational leadership is in the hand of doctors, which not seldom indicates lack of managerial competences. Therefore we have separated these two domains. At Sensitive Dentists the dentist takes the medical lead and managerial lead is in the hand of a business person. Thus we can guarantee both, a smooth flow of the treatment as well as highest quality of all our dental performances. Sebastian Unterhuber is in charge of the managerial part. From 2003 to 2007 he studied Technology and Management oriented Business Administration at Technical University Munich, finishing with a German Diploma. In 2005 he did do a semester abroad at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. He gained practical experience among others at West LB AG.
